I'm on i586/GCC2 so there shouldn't ever be a problem. If I were trying to get this to compile on an obscure platform I'd certainly be less vocal about problems.
Anyhow, to put things in perspective, it took me 3 months to get BeOS 4.5.2 running satisfactorily, and that was supposed to be a commercial product. That story can be found here:
