[haiku-development] Building Pe

I did an svn checkout of Pe yesterday and tried jamming it, but got an
error saying that I need to have pcre installed on my system. So I
searched for pcre, and located a libpcre and built that, it's now up
on HaikuPorts. But when I tried to jam Pe I still get the same error.
Any ideas? Perhaps the pcre I built isn't installed correctly or
something? It passed most of the included tests, only failing for the
UTF-8 ones. I have Perl installed, the 5.10.0 built for BePC-haiku
one that gets included with the optional development package.
