I would simply call it a more frame-centric view. "Caller" ist the caller of 
the frame, not the function that creates the frame. In the end it's just a 
matter of personal preference I guess.

Please also note that the code for all architectures would have to be changed. 
Or at least I think all of them (that have the stack trace code) do it the same 
way ATM.
