[haiku-development] Bootsplash tweaking

Hello everyone,

I have tweaked the bootsplash a bit, it feels better to me..

I have centered the icons rather than the logo.. so the icons are in
the middle of the screen with the logo sitting on top.

I don't know how to send patches (directly on this ML?) and I don't
even know if it's a welcome change..
