FWIW I can offer a 32 core/128GB machine with an unlimited 30Mb down/10Mb
up connection to host VMs for build slaves. It's basically idle now as
another machine is being used instead. Let me know if interested.

As for the slaves - I have two physical machines already dedicated as
hpkg builders, and I can throw more at it if necessary. My challenges

instructions or better yet a bootable usb flash drive that would do it for
me, I could get those online.  My upload speed seems to be reasonable.
Or I could ship them to someone with more time...
