Hello everyone! I didn't catch all talks of BeGeistert on video, because first tests suggested the audio quality wasn't up to it. But as it turns out after transferring the data to the computer, it's good enough after all. Just pump up the volume... Of course now I kick myself for not taping more... :/ In any case, I got Oliver Tappe's talk of migrating from SVN to Git. (The other one is about the package manager, though that one I took with camera in hand instead of the little tripod and it's therefore quite wobbly. Stippi recorded that talk too, and said he'll release his footage (in hopefully a better quality...).) Anyway, Oliver's talk is split into 4 parts: 1. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yPZDLNHf_70 2. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vxjZ--ne-zc 3. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_XQmZ6o0y38 4. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_mPEMOdBmBA BTW, I composited all in Haiku with Clockwerk after my first try under Ubuntu always resulted in PiTiVee becoming unresponsive. I only came back to Avidemux in Ubuntu to finally cut and encode the four parts. Clockwerk is still rough around the edges, but it was fun to use and very stable. Only the audio playback in Clockwerk was garbled which made timing the cuts and inserts of the slides a bit of a challenge. Thanks Oliver for providing his presentation slides, agreeing to release the footage and of course the talk itself. Regards, Humdinger !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
