I don't think it makes any sense to use the "Windows" keys to access the 
Option layer, AltGr has had that function on other OSes for a long time and 
I fail to see why we shouldn't do so as well (as a bonus, that would make 
the "Windows" key available for system-shortcuts again).

As a result of using the "Windows" key to access the Option layer, I can't 
use our US-International keymap without manually fixing it first, since my 
keyboard happens to not even have a "Windows" key :-P

In case anyone wonders: I'm using US-International for easy coding, but need 
access to the Option layer for the occasional German umlaut, e.g. when 
typing mails ...
