[haiku-development] Re: AHCI driver ready for testing

It's working on this system too! Yay!! First time this system boots haiku :-D 

MB: Asus P5W DH Deluxe, chipset Intel 975X / Intel ICH7R
CPU: Core2 6600
On this system i'm having the now famous tracker or deskbar random crash on startup. But after that it seems to work! (no network and vesa mode off course, but usb mouse and keyboard works fine)
Interestingly, on this system, haiku doesn't boot with a PATA disk or with a SATA disk with bios IDE emulation enabled, but thats another thing (bug #1361)
Putting the disk back in my A64 X2 system (see my previous mail) gave me a tracker crash, but every next reboot went fine (tried 5 times), except maybe the deskbar suspiciously slow to start :) 
I will try more thoroughly with a clean image on the A64 X2 system.
