[haiku-development] Re: ACPI battery driver

Ok I've tested against my hardware (Dell inspiron 1720) and the driver
seems to work without the embedded controller except for the _STA
always failing.
I've removed the following lines:
280 if (!acpi_battery_present(device))
281 goto end;
and the information printed looks reasonable. Hope it helps.
