While I welcome a public package kit, I would prefer if we stay
consistent, and use the B* prefix without namespaces for new stuff as
well (even if this makes some names a bit longer, like Roster ->
BPackageRoster).
Also, some parts of its like the JobQueue, seem to better fit in the
support kit.
BTW what is a TempEntryManager? :-)
