Yeah I was not too happy about the change too. I'll change it back and
mark that Coverity ticket for ignoring.

I only knew because you suggested I use this for the Web+ downloads
window, hehe. Though I do wonder if we should at least use some
constants for these inside Haiku code. Something like
kBorderSizeProperty and kTabFrameProperty, etc.
