Log:
* Ported the OpenWithMenu to the new framework. Note that using the more meaningfull PoseViewListener hooks it should be quite straightforward to implement asynchronous loading now. Will move it to it's own file and fix the old style in the next commit.

By the way, why it takes forever to load the application list when clicking on the OpenWith item? I'm mean when the open with dialog pops up. Furthermore, having multiple haiku volumes result in a list with duplicated entries, e.g. ShowImage from haiku gcc2 volume and a ShowImage from a haiku gcc4 volume. Do you working on it? otherwise I will fill a bug report...
