Yeah, after changing all of these I started looking and noticed that
on the Haiku Inc. website that the comma is there... then looked at
the NY State Registration and the comma was there as well.  Then the
IRS and it wasn't...  Seems we need to get the official version
decided on and then get it into the coding guidelines and then phase
that in as we touch files I suppose?  For the copyright years I've
(mostly?) tried to make them be of the form YYYY-YYYY with no spaces
before or after the dash and no comma after the year in the many
.OptionalPackageDescription files.  Maybe that should be pointed out
in the coding guidelines as well.
