I thought "Haiku, Inc." (with the comma) was the correct name. If so, I'd 
rather fix the coding guidelines. The case of the "All Rights Reserved." part 
doesn't match.

That aside, has anyone been using the form without the comma? Randomly 
grepping through the sources seems to suggest otherwise. I'd rather adjust 
the coding guidelines to the reality instead of changing all files.
