Indeed, this is not really how it should be done.
While I certainly agree with Adrien and Stippi that the SVN bug should 
be fixed, I also don't think that we should use the keymap names in the 
native tongue. Instead, we could improve the keymap format, and allow 
the native name to be added to the file; Keymap could then show both as 
requested by the user.
