When it comes to all these firmware to different wlan cards, would it be
possible to have them included and ready in Haiku?

Mmh, I guess you are referring to license issues. Currently I looked
into Intel firmware licenses only, which are demanding that a user reads
the license BEFORE using the corrresponding driver.
I still need to look into the broadcom firmware license, and possibly
other licenses, too.
For now I'm focusing on getting all the wlan driver compiling and
linking (and so in theory working). To make testing on real hardware
easier by providing a convinient way for installing the firmware is
posponed till I finished this stage.
But if someone is willing on reading thoses licenses and come up with a
valid installation solution I'm all for it.
I will have a look and see what I can find.
Thanks.
Aperently the firmware you pointed to are for legasy b43
http://fedoramobile.org/fc-wireless/bcm43xx-yum-extras

But the firmware version I pointed to is used by the FreeBSD driver specifically: sc_fw_version = BWI_FW_VERSION3. Which is why I assume that it can't use the newer version 4 your link points to, too.
