I would find it much less confusing the other way around (ie. the window starts in the last position, and only moves in the case of video), but other than that, I think the user experience would usually be better if the window open was delayed. Maybe not under heavy I/O, but the user experience isn't that well in that case anyway 8-) Bye, Axel.
