Klingon has an ISO 639-2 language code (tlh), so you can do it if you
want. Pig Latin hasn't.

And, yes, I mixed up the language names because of thinking in French.
The commit is correct (I think) and the mappings are:

Punjabi > Pakistan
Hindi > India

Note this mapping is only from language to country, and used only for
getting a flag that 'matches' the language. I know these mappings aren't
perfect, and cant be, but we have no better solution for mapping flags
to languages. A rendering of the 2-letter language code may be used
instead, as usual in other operating systems.
