It isn't about repetition. Who authored the header file appears in the header
file, who authored the source file appears in the source file. People are free
to assign their copyright to Haiku, Inc. and just list themselves as author (or
not) or keep the copyright. The only exception are public headers. Since those
contain public API -- which generally isn't considered copyrightable anyway --
the header should name Haiku, Inc. as copyright holder and omit any authorship
information. Not looking it up, but that's more or less what our style guide
should say.

A somewhat tricky situation is when a private header becomes public API. I
believe so far we've just assumed everyone agrees to the rule for public
headers and changed the copyright header.
