5426ff9: system loader: Initial work on new rasberrypi_arm loader

  * Used routerboard loader as a base skel
  * May just be temporary if u-boot ever gets Raspberry Pi

Current build method for this:

jam -q -sHAIKU_BOOT_BOARD=raspberry_pi -sHAIKU_BOOT_PLATFORM=raspberrypi_armhaiku_loader


append first32k.bin to haiku_loader

Watch nothing happen on Raspberry Pi boot as most functions are stubs still:)

Feedback *very* welcome. Keep in mind a lot of this is 1:1 cleaned uprouterboard_mips
