well, i think that reorganizing is a great idea. and i also like the
direction and path i think its going. (btw i believe in bottom-to-top
organizing and not toptobottom, im not here to handout commands.)
anyhow, about the forum, andrew- i must say that bga has already setup
webspace for us (ill give you the details..) - so we really should move over
to his server. i guess it will be faster.
about splitting up - well i think a splitup isnt a good idea - at least when
it comes to graphic design (ie wallpapers,icons,logo,ui) - it should be
packed together.. about the sound/audio - i have to say im no musician, and
im not sure how exactly to handle the whole audio thing. (i can eval
graphics, but not really audio..)
i do think that i can use help - this means, (and i have already discussed
this with stuart in the past) that i could use some help from 1/2 people in
the group to make it more organized. but i do see multiple communcation
platforms as being good.
i think the irc# is a very big step ahead (lol, it looks like j# or c# ..
irc#... :), not everything has to be documented and read by everyone,
chatting is very good between group members, sometimes it can help us
understand each other alot better than when reading forum threads.
