in hda_codec.cpp line 1327, could you try to replace
AMP_CAP_OFFSET(widget.capabilities.input_amplifier) with
AMP_CAP_NUM_STEPS(widget.capabilities.input_amplifier) not bypassing the
mixer?
The code sets the gain to 0dB by default. With this change it would max
out the gain.
