 This is much broader than what's described in #7112 though, and I wasn't
 even referring to that navigation shortcut anyways, but things like file
 types and backgrounds (opt+cmd+f/opt+cmd+b). This is universally eating
 any opt+cmd shortcut in any app, regardless of whether Stack and Tile
 makes use of it or not, and now that it's integrated, one can no longer
 opt out of it by not using S&T. I'm sorry, but this needs to be fixed.
