#7733: Asus EeePC 1001PXD netbook unsupported ethernet controller -------------------------------+----------------------- Reporter: Luposian | Owner: nobody Type: bug | Status: new Priority: normal | Milestone: R1 Component: Drivers/Network | Version: R1/alpha3 Resolution: | Keywords: Blocked By: | Blocking: Has a Patch: 0 | Platform: x86 -------------------------------+----------------------- Comment (by Luposian): I created an install of Lubuntu 11.04 on an 8Gb USB thumb drive, and did a complete build of the latest revision of Haiku from there and put it onto a 2Gb USB thumb drive. Upon booting from that drive, it appears Haiku now sees my internal Ethernet port (plus our Linksys wireless router, but refuses to use it (WPA2, I assume)). So, in summary, I believe this "bug" has been satisfactorily resolved. Thank you! -- Ticket URL: <http://dev.haiku-os.org/ticket/7733#comment:9> Haiku <http://dev.haiku-os.org> Haiku - the operating system.
