r40145 doesn't work so it's somewhere between there and r40033. There are
no raw images on haiku-files.org between r40145 and r39217 so, if anyone
could provide me with a build of say r40084, we could start there. I
really should bite the bullet and set up a build system and learn to build
images myself but, I don't know how long it'l take me to figure it all
out.
