 I have fixed some missing Bluetooth preflet localization strings. Also, I
 fixed some strings so that they are much easier to translate. I removed
 space after strings because you cannot see it in HTA as well.

 During my testing I noticed that in Settings tab a crash occured when
 selecting "Desktop", "Server", "Handheld", etc. I added a simple NULL
 checking to BluetoothSettingsView.cpp to prevent crashing.
