In r38209 we get the error 'Cannot execute " ": No such file or
directory' when trying to launch a terminal.
This gives the option to load default shell or abort. Loading default
shell works and leaves the message "Use default shell" at the top of the
terminal and otherwise loads and works normally.
This bug isn't present in r38152
