Comment (by kvark):

I'm running Haiku A3 on a laptop with the following card:
"RTL8111/8168B PCI Express Gigabit Ethernet controller"

Most of the time DHCP doesn't work when connected to a router. It obtaines
an address in the form 192.168.x.x while my local network is 10.0.1.x. I
can set the IP/mask manually, but the name resolution doesn't happen. Is
there a way to configure it by hands as well?

I'm not sure if I need to re-open this bug or create a new one.
