Well, I think like we already provide png, tiff and freetype headers, we
could provide the ones from fluidsynth. Midi kit deserves a lot of
attention, and we could start from here. There's a thousand of midi apps
out of there waiting for port, that's using this lib.
For me, I simply copy from my Haiku sources and place there.
