 * On the attachments page, the obsolete flag is not reflected - by
 intention?
  * On the attachment page, the obsolete flag is not correctly initialized.
 Assume you add an attachment, then mark it as obsolete. When now someone
 marks the attachment as a Patch, the Obsolete flag will be gone.
