The OverlayImage app doesn't remember the current window position when you
quit the application and reopen it. The following patch corrects that by
saving the current position to a settings file and then recalling that
position from the same file. If the window is closed off screen or their
is not settings file then the window opens in the middle of the screen.
Design shamelessly stolen from deskcalc.
