Just ran into this problem after installing r37184 in virtualbox. I
booted the image file, initialized a new partition, and then installed to
the new partition. This was done all on the same boot. Running the
following command seems to have fixed it, although I performed some other
steps before that didn't work. So it could be a combination of steps.
