Yeah, the problem appears to be that it tries to generate a new unique key
to put in the index, but overruns the key length limit in the process.
Axel can confirm for sure when he gets back tomorrow though, I'm guessing
this is only an issue with (extremely) long file names that are already
close to the BFS filename length limit.
