I'd rather just have the checkbox removed (or commented out). The media
preflet was just written as a pretty-much 1:1 recreation of the one from
BeOS, but it doesn't have to stay like that.
Bug #2933 is related too.
Is "real time audio/video" going to be implemented? What does it even mean
- smaller buffers and higher priority threads somewhere?
