This is r1a2.
This bug doesn't appear everytime you try it...
* In Web+, open a new tab (ALT+T)
* Paste a URL, maybe copied from an email (ALT+V)
If the buggy behaviour happens, now the url-completing-history-pop-up will
pop up, even if it's a completely new, never surfed to URL.
* Hit ENTER to load the page
--> Page doesn't load, locator says "http:/" and this alert appears:
