 Dunno when, though, but I hope that I will be able to reproduce steps as
 in comment:9 in see what happends wrong then.

 Please notice that pending mails located in some volume Trash folder
 should be ignored now since r39804-r39806, but it won't help when the
 rejected mail is located otherwere.
