At the moment, there is no way to underline a subtitle in the haiku-os.org
content... this comes in handy to better define main sections within
articles.

Add:

border-bottom: 1px solid #EAEAEA;
}
}}}
This bar is lighter then the title bar and allows articles to be broken up
visually.
