To provide native library against liburl third party library and provide a
C++ api out of it.
Implement the networkbase module.
Extent it with http,smtp,ftp,ftps,scp,telnet modules which are more of
handlers.
Presently handler for http is written which sends out http request packet
which can be seen by protocol analyzer.
