 GCC Version: GCC4 Hybrid

 PowerStatus fails to install in Deskbar. Nothing happens when I try to
 install PowerStatus in the Deskbar.

 Steps to reproduce:

 1. Click on the DeskBar menu and select Desktop Applets->PowerStatus

 2. Click "Install" on the window that opens

 3. Nothing happens.

 I can reproduce this bug on both of my laptops in all revisions I have
 tried, from R1/Alpha1 to 35328 (however, I have not tried every single
 revision).
