Does it make sense to have a separate BootManager application? Since it's
already in the "Tools" menu of the Installer app, maybe it'd be even nicer
when merged with Installer. For the user Installer could be the one place
to install the OS or update the boot menu. Depending how the package
management is going to work, that could go here as well.
