 I love Meanwhile's 'printer spool' icon (another example where the HVIF
 version just looks so much sharper and cleaner than the equivalent Be
 bitmap version.) Unfortunately I just cannot find where to replace the
 existing icon with this new one. I see the application/x-vnd.Be.printer-
 spool MIME type in FileTypes, but it is not in the usual
 src/data/beos_mime directory. Does anyone have any idea where it is
 stored? A search for the above MIME type in the code just turns up various
 places where it is defined in the code.
