Also: preflet GUI should be improved (display view has large controls and
BIconItem/BIconRule need improvements but they might be useful to other
applications once finished), notification_server .rdef file doesn't have a
good icon (there should be one in the Haiku source tree I guess), preflet
need icons for its BIconRule but I just can't draw anything...
