[haiku-appserver] input_server vs. BPortLink

Hi there,

the input_server is using the BPortLink class when built for Haiku. Is 
that still current? Or has it been replaced by the R5 method in the 
mean time?

Also, since BPortLink is an example of this: don't introduce new 
classes into the global namespace if they aren't meant to be public. 
Please use the BPrivate namespace - that's what this one is for.
