[haiku-appserver] about my checkin

Hi all,


        :-) Release notes about new window manager.

* although the window manager is working, integration is not complete
* you can't move/resize windows
* Hide() does not completely hides the window
* there is a debugger call when you close app_server window.
* other bugs... which I plan to fix quickly

* keyboard and mouse, works like before.


I will try to fix those issues ASAP, until then, please be patience, 
this is a big step forward.
