I'm just trying to set my expectations. Nothing I've seen so far has said, "hey, and we might have help available if you need/want", and since I'm going as a for-profit company I assumed it'd be like any other trade show/event.

The plan had been to make sure we were staffed to run HackPGH stuff but
also help members with their booths if they had projects they were
showing. If you want to be considered totally autonomous on this we can
make sure you are not showing up in the HackPGH fold and won't plan on
having anyone to help with your booth. We just wanted to make sure we
were staffed to help the faire, the shop, and our members.

    I'm confused.

I registered as my company and will be set up under that name and
was planning on doing my own load-in/load-out.

Is this form for whether we're helping with the HackPGH booth, the
event in general, or our own booth? Or all three?

I should clarify, if you are going to be running a booth check
        yes for
the times you will be there running your booth. We know who all
        is going
to have booths and the plan is to make sure all those are
        covered and
there is some backup to help out with those. So you would count as 1
person at your booth. If you are not going to be at your booth
        at all
then mark No so we know there is no coverage for that booth.

        Thanks,
        Matt

Yep, those people that have events or displays should still
        let us
know if they are going to be around. The hope is that they
        plan on
being there for their booths, but we need to know if they
        will be
around other times to help out too.

            Thanks,

Yeah, I'm free the whole weekend (I have nothing else
        planned so
I can do whatever is needed). Don't worry, I'll fill out
        the survey.

However, I may be exhibiting some sort of learn to solder
station at the MMF itself? Not really sure what's going
        on with
that. So I'm not really sure how to answer the two survey
questions about helping out during the event itself.
        I'll put
"yes" for now, but I might be busy as an exhibitor.

Okay guys, we are less than a month out and need to
        start
                    getting our
ducks in a row. We need to see how many of us are
        going to
                    step up and
help out with our booths in the event and help run the
                    event. I have
created a form so you can let us know your
        availability to
                    help out. The
more of us that there are the better off we will be
        so even
                    if you have
not been very active recently please consider
        helping out
                    with this
                    great event.
