Working on the info tool. Created "infotool" branch to work on it.
We'll need to think how WMS layers will be integrated and implement
the info dialog for both feature and wms layers.
We should take a look at how WMS queries are implemented in Geotools
to see if they use a filter in the same way as with DataStores, so we
should use it also at the Layer level.
