I've a friend who uses it and is quite happy with it. I believe his caller id talks and he can use call back and such. I certainly wouldn't call it anywhere near accessible. It doesn't do SMS; it doesn't show signal strength, battery level and much more. I'm not even sure it will allow you to look at, ad or delete contacts. <smile> From what I saw it only allows you to speak the name of the person you want to call which many phones have done for a long time. With Talks and I assume MobileSpeak I can add/delete contacts, send and receive emails, see signal and battery level and any function a sighted person can do except for WAP.
