I've a friend who uses it and is quite happy with it.  I believe his caller 
id talks and he can use call back and such.

Depends on your definition.  I certainly wouldn't call it anywhere near
accessible.  It doesn't do SMS; it doesn't show signal strength, battery
level and much more.  I'm not even sure it will allow you to look at, ad or
delete contacts.  <smile>  From what I saw it only allows you to speak the
name of the person you want to call which many phones have done for a long
time.  With Talks and I assume MobileSpeak I can add/delete contacts, send
and receive emails, see signal and battery level and any function a sighted
person can do except for WAP.
