[guispeak] problem with office update

Hi All,
I can't access the Microsoft Office Update Web site from within any office
program. When I go to help and click on office on the web I get the error:
error launching browser.
I am using windows 98 se and office 2000. All the service packs are up to
date. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks,
