Hi Aall,
My friend has sent a large message to somone and keeps getting the message. He has tried the following things to get rid of the message but it still keeps coming back.
1. All sent and out items were deleted.
2. All temporary internet and cookies were deleted.
3. He called mediacom who could see he only had 17 messages that were unread but nothing in the cue.

So below is the message. Does anyone have an idea to stop it reappearing.
