[guispeak] customizing outlook 03

Hi,
Could someone tell me where I can go to find out how to customize outlook
2003? Because for some reason my messages keep being put into the deleted
folder automatically with out me doing anything. Also when I arrow up and
down through my new messages, they all of a sutten start saying read when I
haven't read them. I'm using window-eyes 5.5 beta 2 with windows xp pro.
